Returns Policy
I want you to be completely happy with anything you order from my website, soI have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Return Policy. If you are unhappy with anything you order from my site, you can return it at any time provided it has not been worn, used or damaged within 30 days and I'll give you a full refund. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. (For example, if you paid with Visa, you'll get a credit on the same Visa account.) To return merchandise, please contact me at info@meanttobe.com.au Please include the proof of purchase (receipt and/or packing slip) for all returns and exchanges. Ensure you include your name, address, and telephone number in the package as well. I also welcome your comments on how I can improve our merchandise and the quality of the product supplied to you. Please note that you are responsible for postage on returned merchandise but I will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of my error such as an incorrect item, defective or damaged. Please contact me first if this is the reason for you returning an item.
